MMIS Base App and MMIS Web Services: Tuesday, May 7th & Wednesday May 8th (7 am – 11 am)
The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) has been implementing critical infrastructure upgrades over the past few weeks that affect systems hosted at the EOTSS Data Center. The MMIS team is working with EOTSS to implement these changes for the MMIS Base App and MMIS Web Services accessed through the XML/GW in Production on Tuesday, May 7th and Wednesday May 8th from 7 am – 11 am. During that time, users may experience intermittent disconnects from MMIS and see error messages such as “MMIS Unavailable” or “This site can’t be reached”. In some cases, these errors will auto correct themselves within a few minutes.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
